PALOMAR SÁNCHEZ Wineries is a 40 acres vineyard located in Tarancón (Cuenca) where Tempranillo is the most common grape variety. The winery produces approximately 35,000 bottles of wine (D.O. Uclés and Vino de la Tierra de Castilla). The use of small stainless steel tanks allows a controlled temperature process and an individualized fermentation to take place in order to obtain high quality wines. The winery has got a cellar with 40 French and American oak barrels where the ageing takes place. We produce excellent and modern wines. Our brands are “Campos de Taranz” (D.O. Uclés) and “Viña Sabuco” (Vino de la Tierra de Castilla).
