ADEGAS ROSALÍA DE CASTRO is a new winery, with more than 494 acres of vineyards founded by a group of experienced wine growers. It is located at the heart of the Salnes Valley (Designation of Origin Rias Baixas) in Galicia. 2006 is our first harvest year presented to the market with the peculiarity and added value that all the harvested grapes come from controlled wineyards, over 74 acres under an integrated production system.
The Integrated Production is a farming system that produces high quality products by using natural resources and regulating mechanisms to replace polluting inputs and to secure sustainable farming. Biological, technical and chemical methods are balanced carefully taking into account the protection of the environment, profitability and social requirements. The delicate combination of craftsmanship and the latest technology allows us to proudly offer you our wines. The search for excellence is our work philosophy.
