Located in the heart of La Mancha, QUESOS DE LA HUZ is pleased to provide its distinguished clients with its wide range of products, combining the artesanal family tradition with the latest know-how to result in high quality cheeses. Under the D.O. Queso Manchego, only milk from the “manchega” sheep is used to produce the excellent and renowned “quesos manchegos” with a minimum maturity of 3 months. Quesos de la Huz produces soft, middle cured and parafined cheeses, delicious for any occasion.
